What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
Once the work is turned over to the client ie The final film or photographs our work is done! Therefore there is no need for a warranty! If some unforeseen problem on our end arises and we cannot deliver we would refund the amount paid. If we have a failure with a drive or camera and loose some of the work we would work with the customer to resolve it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we carry full production coverage
What are your terms and conditions?
We would need a deposit to book the studio, set a schedule date and on that day be paid in full minus 10% that would be paid on the day your project is delivered to you.
